Yesterday, I was invited for an Easter function by one of my friends Mr. Martin. Even though he invited me three days ago to attend the function, still he reminded me last night. So last night around 7.30 I went to his electric shop and chat with him and Sajeev. Usually they are closing the shop around 10 o clock at night. Then I thought it may be too late to go to bed after finishing the dinner. He advised me to go to his house and had the dinner with his family members. I hesitated to go alone and had the dinner without my friends.
Fortunately one of our mutual friends Sanju came there. He was also invited to participate that function. My goodness he also would like to have the dinner early and to get back. So, Sanju and I decided to go together to Martin’s house to participate the function. Martin’s wife Reji, his elder sister, his two kids Etteena and Joseph, Sajeev’s wife Maya and their kid Vasudev was there.
They arranged different kinds of food including chicken, fish, vegetable, rice, bread etc. They all are really delicious food, especially fish curry with mango and coconut milk was tasted yummy. I took it much. That was my first Easter celebration out of my native place. After having the dinner, we spend few times for chatting.
It was heavy raining out side. So me and Sanju got trouble to go back to our place. Both of us had to wake up early today morning and it was too hard to walk in a rainy nigh. Thank God, then Mr. Sajeev came there at the same time and he took us to our accommodations.
